On Thursday 13th May, Lord Taylor of Holbeach convened a second meeting of the Midlands Engine APPG Visitor Economy Subgroup.  The meeting took place virtually and was addressed by Nick de Bois, Chair of Visit England. 

On Tuesday 20 April, Baroness Burt of Solihull chaired a meeting of the Midlands Engine APPG specifically focused on the skills agenda and skills provision in the region.

On Monday 14th December, Lord Ravensdale asked a question in the House of Lords debate on the Green Economic Recovery, following on from the first meeting of the Midlands Engine APPG Subgroup on Energy on Tuesday 8th December.

Midlands Engine APPG co-chairman Darren Henry MP (Broxtowe) submitted a Westminster Debate ballot on the Integrated Rail Plan following the Midlands Engine APPG transport subgroup in early November. The debate was confirmed for 17th November.
